The luxurious and comfortable decoration will allow you to make the most of your holidays in Marbella.
The living area with its fully equipped American kitchen is bright and opens directly onto the terrace offering a relaxation area, an area to work on your tan and an area to enjoy good meals.
The residence, of recent construction, is small, with only 32 apartments, 2 community swimming pools, one of which is safe for children.
Ideally located in the Banus district just a few km from Puerto Banus port and a few minutes walk from supermarkets and restaurants
NB: the swimming pool is closed from 01/11 to 31/03
