L'appartement est spacieux et nous avons également profité d'une belle vue sur la mer. Il était équipé de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et l'environnement. Les commerces sont à proximité comme le Mercadona (supermarché espagnole) ou le lidl. Il y a également une pharmacie. Jonathan est une personne serviable et répond très rapidement aux demandes ou inquiétudes.

Gorgeous apartment, modern, redecorated in June 2022, located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of the Costa del Sol, Los Flamingos in Benahavis. Very comfortable, it has two large bedrooms, each offering an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower; the master suite also has a bathtub. The living room and the dining room are furnished with good taste, and the American kitchen gives a feeling of amplitude reinforced by the large bay windows opening directly onto the terrace and the garden for private use. This exclusive residence, very calm and relaxing, made up of only fifty apartments, is of recent construction, in a contemporary style, and offers panoramic views of the golf course and the valley from the two swimming pools and the beautiful tropical gardens. Los Flamingos offers a 24-hour security guard, three 18-hole golf courses and an academy, and also hosts the majestic Villa Padierna luxury hotel and spa, whose facilities are accessible at an additional cost.
