The apartment was completely refurbished in June 2020 and has a terrace with direct access to the garden and to the 2 swimming pools (including 1 for children), with a sublime view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden.

Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

As in all warm countries, you may see insects such as ants, cockroaches, flies, wasps; an insecticide spray is available at the property.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

The residence offers two shared swimming pools, one of which is adapted for children, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (500 metres), the apartment offers easy access to local restaurants and supermarkets. The surroundings offer numerous attractions: sandy beach, Miraflores golf course, and cities such as Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus nearby.

Please note that animals are not permitted, and the apartment is not suitable for groups of young people.
